Coffee Cream Sauce with Mushrooms....

1 pt. Whipping Cream
1/2 cup "Bold" Whole Coffee Beans
3 diced Shallots
1-1.5 pounds mushrooms
salt and freshly ground black pepper

In a saucepan, bring cream and coffee beans to a simmer over high heat. Remove from heat and let sit for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.

In a frypan, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add shallots and cook, until almost browned and softened. Add mushrooms and cook until soft.
Add coffee cream (amount is up to you) and then salt and pepper to taste.
